Finally-an up to par training week.

After my injury at Ultracentric in November, it has been a slow and increase back to good mileage. Here is my workout for the week:
Monday-20.0 Miles; 2:55:15; 8:45 / Mile
Tuesday-6.5 Miles; 49:01; 7:32 / Mile
3.4 Miles; 22:30; 6:37 / Mile
Wednesday-rest
Thursday-1.5 miles; 10:05; 6:43 / mile
Friday-1.0 Miles; 7:45; 7:45 / Mile
Saturday-34.6 Miles; 7:35:00; 13:09 / Mile

Today I went up to Idaho City to scout out possible race locations. Had a good run through the hills. Post your comments please!
